Provide all rental inventory and decor needed for the ceremony or reception. Oversee the setup and breakdown of the venue location.

Assistance with determining, creating & managing your budget. Discuss and help create theme and vision for your Wedding day. Assist with vendor referrals and attend consultations if applicable for best options, Support with vendor contracts and negotiations. Visit venue location for size, space and atmosphere details. Coordinate with vendors the day of to ensure services are delivered. Assist with selection of invitations, souvenirs and programs as needed. Determine layout for event or reception location. Work with Director for wedding & reception responsibilities on the wedding day. Assist with collection of wedding items for wedding party, guestbook, candles, favors, souvenirs, photos, etc. Provide all rental inventory and decor for the wedding and reception. Coordinate the set up and breakdown with planning team at venue location on the day of the Wedding and Reception.
